Purpose of the Role: Fleet Administrator
Fleet administration, accountable for assisting the fleet specialised branch with regards to all administration
Main Responsibilities
Budgeting and value control.
Track fleet expenses—including fuel, maintenance, and repairs, to enhance car effectivity and decrease typical cost.
Analyse spending reviews and make suggestions to limit overheads
Driver Management, assigning automobiles to drivers, music driver performance, behaviour, and compliance with protection policies
Ensure suitable licensing and education of all drivers.
Oversee the use and deployment of motors throughout departments or regions.
Minimise car downtime via well timed repairs and servicing.
Receiving of repairs, maintenance, and tyre costs from all suppliers by means of e-mail and loading fees on GreenFleet
Issue pre reference wide variety to sellers for automobiles beneath protection design
Check records of every car
Flag any discrepancies eg: reproduction repairs, wrong labour rates, improper odo readings and so forth
Ensure automobile records record and all applicable documentation is connected prior to sending prices for approval to Fleet Manager
Create and ship buy orders to applicable events
Repair price verification
Follow up with suppliers on invoices and open PO’s
Receive & receipt invoices
Attend to and unravel queries
Load every day costs acquired from all suppliers on monitoring file
Liaise with suppliers, fleet controllers, fleet managers and inside clients
Order business enterprise gasoline playing cards
Consolidate Open PO record and Engen record
Issue licence discs to fleet controllers
Load asset verification images for non-public team of workers on the gadget
Traffic fines administration Fleet Administrator

Accident admin:

Register declare on GreenFleet
Follow up on magnificent files (Quotes, presentation, MVA pack etc.)
Prepares costs for signal off Insurance and Risk Management.
File claims and talk with legal.

Education and Qualification: Fleet Administrator
Gr 12 or equal diploma
Fleet or transport diploma will be an advantages
Experience and Training:
